Profile Careers was Stephen Drew’s specialist architecture recruitment agency. Launched in 2016, it worked with people and practices across architecture and design until 2018.

Profile Careers followed Stephen’s early experience at Shape Careers. It carried his knowledge of architecture practice into a specialist recruitment business.
Its public life ran from 2016 to 2018. The legal company continued under the Profile Careers Limited name until December 2020, when it became Architecture Social Limited.
Stephen is a Part II Architectural Assistant and the founder of Architecture Social.
