An inside perspective, carried forward.
Profile Careers carried Stephen's inside-the-industry perspective into a focused recruitment business. It sat between his early agency experience and the broader, community-led model that followed.
05 · Where it led
The company became a broader platform.
The company behind Profile Careers became Architecture Social Limited in December 2020. What followed was broader than a conventional agency: specialist recruitment supported by jobs, career guidance, tools, community and long-form conversations about the profession.

06 · About Stephen
Architecture, recruitment, community.
Stephen Drew is a Part II Architectural Assistant who moved into architecture recruitment in 2014. His path has included working at EPR Architects, leading architecture recruitment at Macdonald & Company, mentoring postgraduate architecture students and contributing to RIBA groups. He is the founder of Architecture Social, an Architects Benevolent Society Ambassador, FRSA and MREC.
